GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL:

DEAR STUDENTS,
You are our treasure and we want to support you fully during your academic journey in the College.
A complete student Grievance Redressal Mechanism is rolled out for your benefit. You should go through it in complete detail and understand it for fruitful application.
You will face problems and solutions will come forth only when you raise your problems with appropriate quarters in the College. Incase you direct your problem /grievance to inappropriate quarters, the same will remain unresolved.

  • As an example, incase a student has issue with examination his/her query should go to the Controller Examinations Escalation window..
  • As an example, incase a student has issue with internal assessment marks the query should go to concerned Departmental Escalation window.
A student has to send the grievance to appropriate authority to ensure its timely implementation.

ADMISSION RELATED GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM

In case there is a grievance related to admission process like duplicate form submission, subject change, allocation of Roll No., change of subjects, semester progression, admission fee refund, etc same is to be mailed on admissions@islamiacollege.edu.in

In case a grievance on examination matters like date sheet, examination form, examination fee, student admit card, subject allocation for examination, - photocopy of answer sheets/ re-evaluation etc. mail your queries to controllerexamination@islamiacollege.edu.in

DEPARTMENTAL RELATED GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM

In case grievance regarding classes, departmental matters, internal examinations, awards or any other matter which needs to be addressed at Departmental /faculty level, the student should mail the grievance on mail ID of HOD or concerned faculty and in case a student does not receive response within 24 hrs, he/she can call on mobile no. of concerned person.
